I have been in love with the Gym and fitness for over 5 years. And my passion to become a Personal Trainer came back in 2023. I am newly qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and i am currently awaiting my certificate to be processed. 

However i am more than happy to book in sessions and get started on helping you with your fitness journey.

(Picture Left) Back in 2020 I was the heaviest and biggest I have ever been in my life. I was a dress size 24/26 and weighed over 18 stone. Not the highlight of my life.

But due to stresses, relationships, and mental health I emotionally ate my feelings.

​

(Picture Right) in 2024/2025 I am now a size 18 and weigh 14 stone.

My fitness journey has been a long but rewarding process. Over time, I've transformed my eating habits and developed a true love for working out. Building strength, boosting my confidence, and improving my overall health have been incredibly fulfilling. This transformation not only changed my body, but also my mindset—fueling my passion to help others achieve their own goals.

We’re here to guide you every step of the way, with everything you need to succeed

1 on 1 Personal Training Session

Your journey begins with a free initial consultation where we take the time to discuss your goals, needs, and expectations for the program. This ensures that your training plan is tailored specifically to you.

After the consultation, we’ll create a bespoke training plan designed to help you reach your goals efficiently and effectively. We also offer weekly catch-ups via message, face-to-face, or phone call to track your progress, address any concerns, and keep you motivated.

Your plan is always adaptable—we’re happy to adjust it as you make progress or if your goals evolve. This flexibility ensures that you’re always on track to succeed.

 

For added convenience, we offer package bookings. Please note that once a package is purchased, there are no cancellations or refunds.

Personal Training 

Every new client begins with a free initial consultation to discuss your specific needs, fitness goals, and expectations. This is where we get to know you and ensure we create a bespoke training program tailored to help you achieve your personal goals.

Your plan will be flexible, with weekly catch-ups to keep you on track. Whether through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or messages, we’ll make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

While I provide general guidance on nutrition to help complement your training, please note that I don’t create specific meal plans. However, I’m always available to offer tips and advice on how to fuel your body for optimal results.

Your program is adaptable—if you want to make changes or if you hit your goals and want to set new ones, we can adjust your plan as needed. You can cancel at any time, though please note that no refunds are available once payment is made. If you need to reschedule a session, simply give at least a week’s notice, and we’ll arrange a new date for your session.
