About
Welcome to Let’s Love Fitness – where your journey to strength, confidence, and self-love begins.
I’m Stacey Hall a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, and the heart behind Let’s Love Fitness. My mission is simple: to help you fall in love with fitness, not just for the results—but for how it makes you feel, inside and out.
My Journey
Fitness wasn’t always part of my life. In fact, I used to be afraid of the gym. I thought it was only for bodybuilders and fitness pros—not for someone like me. I didn’t enjoy PE, I didn’t feel confident in my body, and I definitely didn’t know where to start.
In 2020, I was at my heaviest—over 18 stone, a dress size 24/26, and mentally in a dark place. I was emotionally eating, cancelling plans, and slowly losing myself. But something in me wanted more. I wanted better.
So I started small—at home, with simple workouts and a whole lot of Googling. I stepped into the gym with fear, but I stayed with purpose. And over time, something incredible happened…
I didn’t just lose weight—I found myself.
Today, in 2024/2025, I’m down to 14 stone and a size 18, but the real transformation has been in my mindset. I now train for strength, for health, and for the love of movement. I feel powerful, proud, and more confident than ever—and I want you to feel that way too.
Why I Became a Coach
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, lost, or intimidated by fitness. That’s why I became a Personal Trainer in 2023—so I could help others like me, who are ready to change but don’t know how or where to start. Whether you’re completely new to fitness or you’re already training but need guidance, support, and motivation—I’ve got your back.
I’m not here to judge. I’m here to walk beside you, to lift you up, and to remind you every step of the way: you are capable of amazing things.
My Qualifications
To give you the best support possible, I’ve invested in my education and continue to learn and grow. In addition to being a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I’ve completed:

I am also currently learning Athlete Coaching Diploma, Stress and Burnout Diploma and Body Love Diploma, this is to further help my knowledge and helping all my clients.
These help me offer coaching that’s not just about workouts—but about your whole health, especially for women navigating body changes, hormones, and life’s ups and downs.

Personal Training
Every new client begins with a free initial consultation to discuss your specific needs, fitness goals, and expectations. This is where we get to know you and ensure we create a bespoke training program tailored to help you achieve your personal goals.
Your plan will be flexible, with weekly catch-ups to keep you on track. Whether through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or messages, we’ll make sure you’re supported every step of the way.
While I provide general guidance on nutrition to help complement your training, please note that I don’t create specific meal plans. However, I’m always available to offer tips and advice on how to fuel your body for optimal results.
Your program is adaptable—if you want to make changes or if you hit your goals and want to set new ones, we can adjust your plan as needed. You can cancel at any time, though please note that no refunds are available once payment is made. If you need to reschedule a session, simply give at least a week’s notice, and we’ll arrange a new date for your session.
Starter Package - Kickstart Fit
